Vocational/Medical Case Manager
We are currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Vocational/Medical Case Manager to work from home, preferably based in the North West of England .
Candidates must be NMC or HPC registered eg nurses Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists only.
Candidates must be willing to and able to travel to visit clients in their own homes, conduct initial assessments following injury, write comprehensive reports, compile rehabilitation plans, assist with return to work plan and liaise with all parties throughout the life of the case.
This is a varied position with an expanding company.
