At Knight we understand that every case is unique - people's needs differ depending on the extent of their injuries. We try to ensure that every client gets the best possible assistance and advice, tailor-made for their own specific requirements.

Receiving a serious injury can have a devastating impact on people's lives but we can help get our clients through the difficult times by working with them to plan for their future and assist them in regaining as much independence as possible within realistic timescales.

We start by getting to know them - we discuss their injury and what impact it has had on all aspects of their lives. Our aim is to get them back to their pre-accident state or as near as possible to it, and with their help, we can prioritise their recovery needs and develop a plan with achievable timeframes. Once the plan is developed, we will be there to support them through each step as they move towards their recovery.

Knight Nurse Case Managers will co-ordinate their treatment plan by liaising with medical practitioners and service providers, and also help manage the costs of treatment by contacting insurers and legal representatives on their behalves. Our services are provided in accordance with the Rehabilitation Code of Best Practice to which we adhere.

Their recovery is important to us and throughout their treatment, we monitor progress and adapt the plans and objectives if and when required to ensure our clients are getting the most cost effective and appropriate solutions for their rehabilitation.

We provide assessment and recommendation only for a fixed fee if desired or full case management services, treatment only being initiated on direct authority from the commissioning party.
