All of our staff have been specially and specifically trained to assess, facilitate and empower clients to return to employment and offer advice on career redirection if appropriate. Our lead case manager currently is one of the first in the UK to train towards an MA in Case Management at Brighton University.

Knight Nurse Case Managers are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and Case Managers Society UK, CMS(UK), for their registration and benchmarking standards.

Our Lead Case Manager is also a Director of the Case Management Society (UK) and a registered nurse with over 30 years' experience in a broad ranging field of nursing. She has worked for 7 years as a case manager and was winner of the BICMA Scholarship. She has worked as a complex injury case management programme consultant for a corporate health provider/insurer, with particular interest in brain and spinal injury and other catastrophic injuries with particular experience of workplace disaster events. She has also worked with minor and moderate injuries.
