Knight Nurse Case Managers are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and Case Managers Society UK, CMS(UK), for their registration and benchmarking standards.
Susan Acty – Principal Case Manager
With a background as an Occupational Therapist, Sue has built on 30 years of experience to now provide a range of case management specialities for Knight clients and head the team of office and home based Case Managers.
She provides key services to children involved in accidents and people with acquired brain injuries. As part of the return to work team, Sue will undertake workplace assessments, and negotiations for alternative employment where necessary.
Prior to joining Knight, Sue worked for a major insurance company providing case management and assessment services, particularly involved with major employers in the early identification of where rehabilitation may be of value and providing feedback to health and Safety teams.
Ashley Hunt - Client Liaison Manager
Qualified Nurse. Over 15 years experience in the Private Medical Insurance Industry working for the market leaders in the UK and abroad.
Joined BUPA in 1992 as Clinical Advisor went on to become Hospital Contracts Manager and then seconded to Lloyd’s of London to head up their overseas operation in the Cayman Islands
Married with 4 children
